Job Description Lead the accurate and timely processing of high volume payrolls Supervise and mentor team members Manage payroll activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Act as the escalation point for complex payroll, remuneration and industrial relations queries.
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and legislative requirements.
Support payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting activities.




Maintain payroll records in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a complex, high-volume environment.
Ideally experience leading or supervising a payroll team, or in a senior role coaching and training others.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
Experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
