We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join a high-performing property management team, working across a large portfolio of properties throughout Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys property, compliance and administration and wants to grow their career within a well-established agency.
The Role Manage and monitor property compliance requirements Ensure properties meet Victorian rental legislation and compliance standards Coordinate smoke alarm, gas, electrical and other safety compliance Manage compliance schedules, inspections and documentation Liaise with landlords,
