This hub-based role offers hands-on exposure across a portfolio of six premium commercial office assets and the prospect to learn from highly experienced site-based Facilities Managers.
This is a genuine learning role, well suited to someone with facilities, property, building operations or trade experience looking to step up, as well as those bringing strong transferable skills from adjacent industries such as hospitality operations, customer-facing trades, retail operations, maintenance coordination or building services.
You'll build broad Facilities Management exposure quickly through portfolio variety, leave cover, project support, mentoring and a structured development pathway.
There is plenty of support around you, with an experienced team available to guide your development as you grow in confidence and capability.
In this role, you will: Support the day-to-day operations of 8 premium commercial office assets across the Sydney CBD portfolio Provide hub coverage across sites, stepping in during leave periods and busy operational phases Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, site inspections and compliance reporting Support portfolio projects, minor works and operational improvement initiatives, including coordination, documentation and stakeholder follow-up Build working relationships with occupiers,



contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders Develop technical FM knowledge through hands-on experience and mentoring from senior Facilities Managers across the account About you Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a trade is ideal; however, we are equally open to candidates bringing strong transferable skills from a customer-focused, operational or services background An interest in commercial property and a willingness to learn Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills An organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites Some exposure to building services, maintenance or contractor coordination is beneficial but not essential A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in Facilities Management Why join CBRE?
