We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at Ruki.
n
Ruki is a fast-paced restaurant and bar focused on great food, quality drinks and great customer service. We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team, enjoys being hands-on and wants to be part of a venue with plenty of room to grow and wants a 4 day work week!!!

THE ROLE
n
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venue, leading the FOH team and ensuring every service runs smoothly.
n
n
Leading, training and developing the FOH team
n
Managing service and maintaining high hospitality standards
n
Rosters
n
Opening and closing procedures
n
Stock control and ordering
n
Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
n




Managing customer experience and resolving issues confidently and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
n
Working closely with the kitchen and management team
n
n
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
n
n
Minimum 3 years hospitality experience
n
Managerial or supervisory experience in hospitality
n
Valid RSA
n
Strong bar and beverage knowledge, including wine service
n
Is confident leading a team in a quick-paced environment
n
Has strong communication and organisational skills
n
Is hands-on and leads by example
n
