Common Equity Housing Ltd (CEHL) is seeking a Property Officer to manage property condition, vacant works, inspections and reporting across CEHL properties in Victoria. You will prepare scopes of work, document condition data and coordinate with procurement for approved works.

You will inspect works to ensure safety, quality and compliance with tenancy laws, liaise with renters and co‐operatives, and support asset maintenance plans.
