ABOUT THE ROLE

Consistent casual Full-time hours available.

Predominantly day shifts, with optional overtime and occasional night works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Implement and manage traffic guidance schemes across a wide range of worksites.
n
Set up, monitor, maintain, and pack down traffic control sites in line with approved plans and safety requirements.
n
Lead traffic control crews on site and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
n
Operate and manage traffic control devices, signage, and equipment.
n
Liaise with clients, supervisors, work crews, and members of the public.
n
Maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and clean work environment.
n
Complete required site checks,



documentation, and reporting.
n
Bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a growing team.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Current QLD Traffic Control Licence.
n
Experience implementing traffic management plans and leading crews highly regarded.
n
Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and traffic management standards.
n
n
