MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst to own payroll governance, compliance and risk across a large, complex workforce within a national healthcare organisation.

You will lead payroll process reviews, audits and remediation, interpret awards and legislation, and collaborate with senior Payroll and HR stakeholders to strengthen controls. A hybrid working arrangement is offered.
