The Role
n
You will be assisting tradespeople with the maintenance, assembly, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems used within rail applications. This role will provide hands-on exposure to complex electrical and mechanical systems in a highly specialized environment.
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous experience as an Electrical TA or Trades Assistant
n
Some type of electrical experience or exposure is a must for the Electrical TA roles.
n
Cert II in Electrotechnology highly advantageous
n
Prior heavy industry work (Rail, Mining, Civil) is highly regarded
n
Experience with wiring, electrical assembly, or setting up electrical systems highly regarded
n
Experience using hand and power tools
n
Strong attitude and willingness to learn
n
Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
n
Ability to pass a medical
n
n
This role would suit someone looking to build long-term experience within heavy industrial, rail, or HVAC systems while working alongside a highly experienced team.
