The Role
n
Based out of our Strathfield office, you'll play a key role in estimating and tendering across a diverse range of basement, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivision and industrial projects. As a Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of tenders, pricing and cost planning while working closely with our construction and management teams.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates across a range of construction and civil projects
n
Leading the pricing and submission of competitive tenders
n
Reviewing project scopes, plans and specifications
n
Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
Identifying project risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions
n




Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
n
Supporting and mentoring junior estimators
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Strong estimating experience across basements, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivisions and/or industrial projects
n
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costs and subcontractor pricing
n
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation
n
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Confident communication and negotiation skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
n
A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
