Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Sutherland Shire regions of Sydney, New South Wales,this role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.You'll bring hands-on expertise and strong communication skills to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with clients and site representatives.

About you & Qualifications
n
n
Certificate III in Carpentry
n
Proven experience as a carpenter within residential construction
n
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or willingness to step into a leadership role
n
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Ability to coordinate trades and work effectively within a team
n
A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
White Card and full Australian working rights
n
Current driver's licence.
