You will play a lead role in supporting APAC focused transactions teams, from origination/structuring through to negotiation /closure. You will support in-country leaders on a range of commercial / energy focused agreements. You will work closely with regulators to ensure key legislative/compliance changes are taken into account throughout on-going transactions. You will work across key / complex markets in Asia, such as Japan and Korea. Requirements





7 - 12 PQE Solid background in energy / transactional work Tier 1 law firm training, ideally with either secondments and/or In-House exposure Ability to work across the region and examples of running lead on complex negotiations Ability to work regionally and also in a global matrix organization SD Legal was established in 2018 and now with physical office locations across Singapore and Hong Kong.
