Silverchain Group in NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our inbound contact centre. You will greet clients, care workers and stakeholders, manage inbound calls and queries with professionalism and timeliness.
This full-time role includes a 2–4 week training period at Bella Vista, followed by a adaptable hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. Applicants based in Sydney preferred.
