Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber andpool categories. A fantastic opportunity exists for an On-Site Pool Technician to join the Clark Rubber Erina team. While predominantly this role is based in field, some retail shop work may be required.

The successful candidate will:

Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment when required
n
Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
n
Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
n
Take pride in their work
n
Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.

Key responsibilities include;
n
n
General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
n
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters,



chlorinators and pool cleaners
n
Sales and installation of new equipment
n
Quote generation and follow up
n
Schedule and inventory management.
n
n
Candidates should have:
n
n
A current manual driver's license with a good driving record
n
Retail Sales experience preferred but not essential.
n
Some experience in onsite swimming pool service preferred but not essential and/or maintenance
n
Great customer service skills and working with teams
n
Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential
n
n
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
n
Enjoy outdoors and engaging with customers as needed
n
