Job Description
O3 PLATFORMS PTY LTD is seeking a cafe manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Newtown/Haymarket sites in Sydney.
You will work alongside baristas, solve problems on the ground, and drive a high-energy team culture.
You should have 1–2 years in café or hospitality management, strong barista skills, and a practical understanding of operations.
The role rewards ownership, accountability, and a calm, direct leadership style in a quick-paced environment.
