Job Description
Natural Beauty Care (NBC) is seeking an experienced NPD & Innovation Chemist to join our R&D; team in Melbourne.
You will lead the development of skincare, haircare, tanning and SPF formulations from concept through to production, collaborating with manufacturing, regulatory, procurement, and sales to deliver creative products.
You will mentor chemists, optimise formulations, and contribute to the sunscreen portfolio as NBC expands its line of high-quality natural cosmetics for local and export
