What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proven Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager who combines commercial thinking with genuine people leadership.

You will bring:

Strong experience as a Cluster Manager / Store Manager within big-box, specialty, homewares or high-volume retail
n
A proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results
n
Strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for retail
n
The ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams
n
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
n
Solid operational and organisational capability
n
Confidence making decisions and taking ownership
n
Energy, initiative and a hands-on leadership style
