Our client is a boutique real estate investment manager backed by major Australian institutional investors, specialising in real estate secured lending across a diversified portfolio of sectors including industrial, residential, build-to-rent and student accommodation.

They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

Involvement across origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring
n
Building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions
n
Preparing credit and investment committee papers
n
Conducting due diligence across new opportunities
n
Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

The Role

About You
n
n
3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome)
n
Real estate experience across multiple sectors
n
Robust financial modelling skills
n
A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business
n
Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential
n
n
