SAP HR Consultant (SuccessFactors / HCM) Robust SAP HR functional expertise covering Employee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and HR business processes.
Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
Good understanding of HR integrations, data migration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
Experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
