Casual / Part time Ecommerce Assistant / Customer Service We’re looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident person to support the day-to-day customer service and ecommerce needs of our fashion websites.

This is a wide-ranging role combining customer care, website support and digital marketing—perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping people and is comfortable working across different online platforms.

What you’ll be doing

Responding to customer DMs and comments across our social media channels

Replying to customer emails in a warm, helpful and skilled way

Uploading product imagery, descriptions and other content to our websites

Assisting with ecommerce and digital marketing tasks

Supporting website updates, promotions and product launches

Coordinating Betty Cares clothing packs for women in need

Helping with other customer service and ecommerce tasks as required

About you

You’re a clear,



friendly and confident communicator

You have excellent attention to detail

You’re organised and comfortable managing tasks independently

You’re confident using social media and learning new digital platforms

You have an interest in fashion, ecommerce and digital marketing

Previous experience in customer service, retail, fashion or ecommerce would be an advantage
