We are currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor/Manager

to join our

asphalt production team

in

Laverton, Victoria .

About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient production and delivery of

asphalt products , ensuring alignment with production schedules, quality standards, cost controls, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day

asphalt production

and site operations, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Support the Production Manager in implementing site management strategies in line with company policies.

Identify and recommend process improvements to maximise productivity, optimise material usage, and minimise waste.

Coordinate plant maintenance and equipment availability to minimise downtime.

Maintain accurate production and compliance records.





About You You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive leader with a solid background in

asphalt production, paving, or mobile plant operations .

To be successful, you will have:

Ideally a valid forklift, EWP, Confined Space tickets and Loader Certificate of Competency.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within

asphalt, quarrying, or road construction .

A strong track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams and driving a positive workplace culture.

A dedication to driving effective and constructive change.

A robust commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and quality delivery.

A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
