Bookkeeper

to join their collaborative and client-focused team.

Description Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 SME clients End-to-end bookkeeping using Xero Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations Accounts payable and accounts receivable management Month-end processing and reporting Preparation of management reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports Processing payroll across multiple businesses Managing employee onboarding, leave, terminations and final pays STP reporting,



superannuation and statutory compliance obligations Preparing and lodging TPAR reports

Profile Proven experience in bookkeeping within the professional services industry. Strong knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with BAS, GST, and payroll compliance. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Full Time Additional Responsibilities: Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS GST and PAYG compliance support EOFY compliance reporting and reconciliations
