An outstanding prospect for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a globally recognised investment firm in Sydney.

The role will include:

Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones

Organising domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries

Coordinating meetings, conference calls and video conferences

Liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and international offices

Managing confidential correspondence and documentation

Processing expenses and providing high-level administrative support

Anticipating priorities, managing deadlines and proactively resolving issues

Supporting projects, events and initiatives as required





Working closely with a wider team of Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support and coverage

We are looking for an experienced EA who is confident supporting senior professionals and enjoys working in a sophisticated, rapid-paced environment.

You will bring:

Strong experience supporting senior executives or professionals

Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound judgement and a high level of professionalism

The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines

Advanced MS Office skills

A collaborative and team-focused approach
