Your Day-to-Day You’ll take ownership of your portfolio and be the key point of contact for your clients, managing:

Manage repairs, maintenance & contractor relationships

Oversee arrears, compliance & insurance claims

Conduct rental reviews & renewals

Manage tribunal preparation & attendance

Build strong landlord & tenant relationships while delivering exceptional service

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a

confident, experienced Property Manager

who knows their stuff and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll bring:

At least 2+ years ’experience managing your own portfolio

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, current driver’s licence & own car

PropertyTree experience is highly regarded
