You'll be the sole Sales Consultant, meaning every enquiry is yours. With consistently solid enquiry levels, a dedicated Display Host to assist with customer enquiries and administration, and a broad range of homes across multiple price points, you'll be set up to do what you do best - build relationships, guide customers through the buying journey and close sales.

Representing a well-known builder with an outstanding reputation for quality, value and customer service, you'll be helping clients through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make while enjoying exceptional earning potential. With a diverse product offering that appeals to a wide range of buyers, you'll have the chance to match the right home to the right customer.

The Person: We're open to people from a range of backgrounds.

Ideally, you'll have experience selling current homes for a residential builder. However, we'd also love to hear from high-performing residential real estate professionals looking to transition into the building industry.

To be successful, you'll be:

A confident relationship builder who genuinely enjoys working with people

Driven by results and motivated by high earning potential

Professional, organised and capable of managing your own sales pipeline

Able to commit to working from the display home in South West Sydney

Available to work weekends as part of a consistent five-day roster with two consecutive days off each week
