This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong mechanical professional who can combine deep trade expertise with divisional leadership, driving performance, capability and growth across our mechanical maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic growth and operational structure of Warrikal's Mechanical Maintenance division, including systems, processes and standards.
Oversee the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of all mechanical maintenance works, ensuring precision technical outcomes.
Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of Superintendents, Supervisors and trades personnel, driving capability and succession planning.
Identify and support new business opportunities, tenders and client relationships to grow the division.
Manage divisional budgets, forecasts and performance metrics to drive commercial and operational efficiency.
Champion a strong safety culture,



ensuring HSEQ compliance and effective risk management across all activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and workforce capability to support operational excellence.
