business based on the Gold Coast.
We specialise in kitchen and bathroom
transformations — giving our clients a brand-new kitchen or bathroom feel,
without the cost of a full replacement.
We've built a reputation for quality
work, honest communication, and genuine care for our clients' homes.
We're looking for an experienced, full-time cabinetmaker to join
our growing team — someone who takes real pride in their craftsmanship, thinks
outside the box, and comes up with creative solutions when a job doesn't go to
plan.

What You'll Be Doing
Reviewing job plans and prepping for
installation
Completing retrofits and installs on-site,
working around each home's quirks with practical, creative solutions
Ensuring each job is finished to a high
standard, minimising snags and rework
Meeting clients in their homes and
treating each one with the same care and respect you'd want in your own
Liaising with customers and the team




clearly and honestly throughout each project
Keeping the job management system up to
date
The Ideal Applicant
Self-motivated, and loves variety and
problem-solving
Thinks outside the box and comes up with
creative solutions on the job, not just by the book
Takes pride in quality craftsmanship and
attention to detail
Can work independently and manage their
own installs
Has at least 5 years' experience in
cabinetmaking and installation
Has a clean Australian driver's licence
Holds (or can obtain) a QLD Working With
Children Check, police check, and construction white card
Comfortable using job management software
and basic tech tools
Polite, well-presented, and qualified
when working in clients' homes
