CRU ® is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Assistant to join our Galston Gorge campsite team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your maintenance and groundskeeping skills to support a ministry that has been sharing the gospel with young people for generations.
What You'll Be Doing: Working as part of the Property Team, you will help ensure the campsite grounds, facilities, and activity areas are safe, attractive, and ready for guests.
This hands-on role is varied and offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.
Key responsibilities include: Grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing and gardening General repairs and maintenance Painting and decorating Basic carpentry and plumbing tasks Preparing camp facilities and activities for guest use Ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and well presented Supporting other operational areas as required We're Looking for Someone With: A mature Christian faith and alignment with CRU's Basis of Belief Practical experience maintaining buildings, grounds, or facilities Be able to work both independently and as part of a team Hold a current driver's licence Communicate effectively with colleagues, guests,



and supervisors Have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others Take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation Ability to perform the physical demands associated with the position in a safe and effective manner Desirable: Trade qualifications or relevant trade experience Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) About Us CRU® is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation whose mission is to help students in independent schools across Australia know the good news of Jesus, nurture Christians, encourage church membership and train young leaders for a lifetime of servant leadership.
