Home Job Info Deputy Principal Role Description/Criteria We are seeking a leader who: Is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education and the Emmaus charism.
Has proven leadership experience in Learning Teaching and Religious Education.
Builds teacher capability and leads improvement through collaboration, coaching and professional learning.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of evidence-informed practice, assessment and student learning.
Is an authentic and relational faith leader, committed to nurturing the faith, learning and wellbeing of every student.
Builds positive relationships with students, staff, families and parish.
Demonstrates solid strategic, interpersonal and organisational leadership.
Is committed to child safety, inclusion, equity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Experience Applicants will hold current VIT registration and Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School,



Applicants will also have significant experience in Catholic education and school leadership and hold, or be working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership or a related field.
This is a three-year leadership appointment, concluding at the end of ****.
The position is ongoing full-time, with the Deputy Principal allowance provided in accordance with the applicable CECV Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
