You'll manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop, review and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
Your day-to-day could include: Conducting comprehensive intake and bio-psychosocial assessments Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions Community outreach to surrounding areas Developing, reviewing and closing treatment plans Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate clinical documentation What's on Offer?

Experience working within inpatient or community mental health highly regarded.
