Job details Kewdale Location $*******p/h Base + Penalties depending on experience As soon as possible start About the Role We're looking for reliable and experienced Storepersons to join a busy warehouse operation based in Kewdale, with 2 positions available.
Working as part of the warehouse team, you'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, receiving and putting away stock, loading and unloading deliveries and safely operating a forklift.
The role will also involve stock control, stocktakes and general warehouse duties.
We're after someone with a strong work ethic, good job tenure and a genuine commitment to long-term work.
Previous warehouse or storeperson experience is highly regarded, with a current forklift licence being essential.
A current driver's licence is also preferred.
This is a great chance to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition from temporary employment to a permanent position after six months.
Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, check and put away incoming stock Load and unload deliveries Safely operate a forklift to move and organise stock Assist with stock control and regular stocktakes Maintain accurate and organised warehouse inventory Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised Follow safe manual handling and warehouse practices Assist with general warehouse and storeperson duties as required Work effectively as part of a team to ensure customer orders and warehouse operations run smoothly Maintain a safe and organised work environment Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements What you will need: Current Forklift Licence (Essential) Current Driver's Licence (Desirable)
