About the Role Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and production estimating across a range of recent residential homes.
Duties Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations Negotiate rates and costs with preferred and non-standard suppliers, sub-contractors and trades Produce accurate documentation within budgeted time lines Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services Preparing accurate BOQ's Preparing sales tenders Excellent customer service skills, working with supervisors, suppliers, trades,
