Join Student Administration at Swinburne University Full-time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus HEW 4 plus 17% super and attractive staff benefits About the Role Join Swinburne and play a vital role in supporting students throughout one of the most important stages of their university journey.
As an Enrolment Administrator , you'll be part of the Enrolment Operations team, delivering high-quality enrolment services and exceptional customer support to current and future students.
From processing enrolments, course amendments and withdrawals, to responding to enquiries and helping students navigate university processes, you'll ensure student records are accurate, compliant and up to date.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working in a collaborative environment and making a positive impact on the student experience.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the University, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support enrolment planning and onboarding activities that help students get off to a successful start.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience providing high-volume customer service and working with enterprise systems will be highly regarded.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Well-developed oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a diverse client and stakeholder group.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise to ensure goals and targets are met.
Experience in the use of technology with good keyboard skills including large enterprise software systems and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills in managing high numbers of enquiries, utilising problem-solving skills to provide information, advice and quality outcomes as a basis for service delivery.

General knowledge of the tertiary sector operating procedures.

Qualifications Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience or a certificate level qualification with post- certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
