About Our Client A well-regarded organisation in the Perth market.
They are completing a large scale ERP transformation over the next 2 years and are looking to add a Principal Architect specialising with Oracle Fusion to their program.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation and will be a driver in multiple technical disciplines moving forward.
Job Description Develop and implement architectural strategies to align with business goals.
Successfully contribute to the ERP transformation to Oracle Fusion, maintaining a multi-modular approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology solutions.
Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend recent technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.




Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with architectural decisions.
The Successful Applicant A successful Principal Architect should have: Proven expertise in technology architecture within the Oracle environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Existing history of large scale ERP transformations with Oracle Fusion Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing creative solutions.
