Report to the Home Energy Manager Full-time permanent position West Croydon location | flexible work options including hybrid WFH The Role As the Home Energy Team Leader, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of RAA's solar, battery, EV home charging and Trade Assist installation services.
Reporting to the Home Energy Manager, you'll support an engaged team to deliver safe, high-quality installations and a great member experience from scheduling through to post-installation support.
You'll play a key role in driving team performance, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our members receive a seamless experience.
In addition, you will: Lead and support the team to deliver efficient, high-quality installation services.
Monitor job progress and resolve issues or blockers to keep work on track.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Champion a positive member experience, resolving concerns and escalating issues when required.
Monitor team performance and provide accurate insights to support continuous improvement.
About You You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
We are also looking for: Experience in a solar, electrical or related field services environment.
Experience leading or supervising a small team.
Experience using SimPro or an equivalent job management or scheduling platform.
Strong organisational and scheduling skills, able to manage competing priorities.
Working knowledge of AS/NZS ****, AS/NZS ****, CEC installer requirements and STC documentation desired.
Clear communication style, confident with members, tradespeople and internal stakeholders.
