Your responsibilities will include:



Preparing and portioning ingredients to specification Preparing sauces, stocks, marinades and other kitchen components Assisting with bulk preparation Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Ensuring food preparation areas are clean, organised and compliant Following food safety and hygiene procedures Supporting chefs and kitchen operations as required About you We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen or prep role Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work Works efficiently and enjoys working as part of a team Has strong attention to detail Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements Is comfortable working independently and managing prep lists Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic This is a great prospect for a chef who wants solid hours, consistent work and a better work-life balance - without the late-night service.
