SMAART Recruitment is hiring multiple Customer Consultants to join a busy, supportive team with a leading Australian bank in Adelaide CBD .

$***** per hour + Super | Full-time, six-month contract | Starts Monday 19 October In this role, you'll support customers across phone, email and online messaging .
You'll answer everyday banking enquiries, work through problems and help customers feel confident using the bank's services.
You'll receive five weeks of weekday training to learn the systems, build your knowledge and get to know your team before moving onto the rotating roster.
Who we're looking for: Customer service minds that are passionate about helping people!
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Solid computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Contact centre experience is highly regarded, but banking experience isn't required .

The key details: Start date: Monday 19 October — this is fixed Training: First five weeks, Monday to Friday, typically 9am–5pm Ongoing roster: Rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday.
You must be available between 7:30am–9pm on weekdays and 8:30am–8pm on weekends Pay: $***** per hour + super, with applicable weekend penalty rates Contract: Full-time for six months, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs Work rights: Australian citizens and permanent residents only Final interviews are happening next week , please apply if you're available to interview at short notice and can commit to the fixed start date, full training period and ongoing roster.
