Job Title: Patient Concierge Client Success Specialist Location: Sydney / Melbourne / (Australia) Job Type: Full-Time Monthly Salary: $6,500 AUD - $7,900 AUD gross per month (Approx. $78,000 AUD - $95,000 AUD per annum, dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized Patient Concierge Client Success Specialist to join our premier healthcare/wellness client experience team.
In this hybrid role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive world-class, empathetic support, seamless onboarding, and continuous care coordination.

Key Responsibilities Patient Advocacy Onboarding: Guide new patients through their care journey, explaining treatment schedules, service offerings, and addressing any initial queries with warmth and professionalism.
Client Success Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, proactively check in on their progress, manage satisfaction metrics, and handle feedback or escalations swiftly.
Concierge Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and deliver personalized white-glove service for VIP clients.




Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with medical practitioners, administrative teams, and internal operations to ensure smooth patient transitions and clear communication.
Data Management CRM: Maintain accurate patient interaction records, track success milestones, and ensure adherence to privacy and health data regulations (e.g., Privacy Act ****).
Key Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client success, patient coordination, high-end hospitality, or healthcare administration.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural empathy for people from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling software.
Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive patient data.
