This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership, mentorship, and service development within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
As a key member of our Ambulatory Care Program, you will provide high-quality, person-centred assessment and intervention to clients accessing outpatient services across the Dhelkaya Health catchment.
Alongside managing a clinical caseload, you will play an important leadership role by supporting and mentoring Occupational Therapy staff, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and driving best-practice care.
Working closely with Program Managers, Professional Leads, and multidisciplinary colleagues, you will help shape responsive, high-quality services that deliver meaningful outcomes for our community.
In this position, you will: Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention within Ambulatory Care outpatient services.
Provide clinical leadership, support, and mentorship to Occupational Therapy staff and the broader multidisciplinary team.
Lead and contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Promote and embed evidence-based practice and client-centred care.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Support a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About you Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
