Speech Pathologist Job Summary: We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Townsville, Queensland.
The role involves providing assessment and evidence-based intervention to paediatric clients, with a focus on communication, speech, language, and neurodevelopmental needs.
Both early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply.

and other healthcare professionals Previous experience in Australian clinical settings Education / Registration Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration Key Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, communication, and developmental assessments.
Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans.
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
Monitor client outcomes and modify therapy plans as required.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
Contribute to clinical service improvement and professional development.
Experienced clinicians may support mentoring and service development.
