L1 Senior Cloud Engineer Duration : 12 months with potential for up to 24 month extension Location : QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW Clearance : Baseline Hourly rate: $83 - $91 per hour Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join a collaborative and high-performing technology team.
This role offers the prospect to contribute to the delivery of enterprise-scale cloud and on-premises solutions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while supporting the delivery of innovative digital services.
Key Responsibilities Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and team collaboration activities.
Design, develop, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice software development processes.
Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience working as a Software Engineer or Cloud Engineer within enterprise-level environments.
Experience delivering cloud-based and on-premises solutions, including integration between the two.
Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent written, verbal,



and virtual communication skills.
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: .
