What We're Looking For: Essential Criteria Relevant qualifications or current enrolment in nursing, midwifery or an approved health-related Certificate III/IV.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Commitment to person-centred care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
Understanding of the AIN/Assistant in Midwifery role, relevant standards, legislation and professional responsibilities.
Desired Criteria Relevant qualifications or education related to the role.
Experience providing personal care in a healthcare, community or residential setting.
Technology skills and knowledge of quality improvement and contemporary healthcare practices.
