About the opportunity As a Field Engagement Lead, Northern Territory, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and strengthening Australia Post's retail network across some of Australia's most unique, remote and geographically diverse locations.
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you'll work closely with Community Postal Agency (CPA) operators, Licensed Post Office (LPO) operators, Corporate Post Office (CPO) leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes across the Territory.
This role offers a unique combination of relationship management, coaching, operational leadership and community engagement.
Success comes from building trusted partnerships, supporting capability development, identifying opportunities for growth and helping our retail network thrive while continuing to deliver for the communities we serve.
You'll be responsible for Building solid relationships with Community Postal Agency and Licensed Post Office operators through regular site visits, coaching and ongoing engagement.
Supporting outlets to achieve operational, customer service, compliance and safety standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coaching and supporting Corporate Post Office leaders and teams to deliver solid customer outcomes, operational excellence and commercial performance.
Assisting operators and leaders to grow their businesses through local marketing initiatives, service development and community engagement activities.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges,



implement network initiatives and improve outcomes for customers, communities and our people.
About you You're a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with diverse communities and building trust with people from different backgrounds.
You bring curiosity, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting regional and remote Australia.
You are comfortable working independently, navigating change and influencing outcomes through collaboration rather than authority.
You are self-motivated and take ownership of outcomes, with a proven ability to see initiatives through from planning and implementation to successful delivery and sustained results.
Most importantly, you understand that strong partnerships, cultural awareness and customer focus are critical to delivering for the people and communities of the Northern Territory.
You'll also Demonstrated experience building stakeholder relationships and supporting business operations across multiple sites or locations.
Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of community and business partners.
Experience leading, coaching or influencing people to achieve operational and commercial outcomes.
A current driver's licence and willingness to undertake regular travel throughout the Northern Territory, including regional and remote locations.
