Your new role: Co-teach alongside an experienced Teacher, supporting a play-based program, children's wellbeing, inclusion, learning, assessment and documentation.
Building strong relationships with children, families and the educator team while supporting a positive and engaging learning environment.
Ensuring the program adheres to the agreed centre philosophy as well as the Code of Conduct Organising the indoor and outdoor environment, including the safety and rotation of equipment Ensuring that transition times are smooth,



calm and purposeful.
Support the implementation of the Kids First early years model – full training provided Here's what we need from you: Kindergarten Teacher qualification as recognised by ACECQA Ideally 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards and Early Childhood Regulations Confidence in delivering a culturally safe, inclusive, and responsive program A strong commitment to child safety, ethical practice, and professional integrity Warm communication skills and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Training Don't delay, apply now!
