About the Role The Contract Officer is responsible for managing the contractual spare parts arrangements by preparing, reviewing, administering, and monitoring contracts with clients, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities : Develop, review, administer, and negotiate service level agreements, maintenance contracts, contract variations, and project-related documentation to support the company's organisational objectives Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, service standards, and contractual commitments.
Manage stakeholder relationships and respond to enquiries from customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, resolving issues relating to contracts, projects, and service delivery.
Coordinate and administer contract, project, and service documentation, ensuring records are maintained accurately and in accordance with the company's requirements Liaise with Production Engineers, Automation Engineers and the Service Support Manager to align parts and resource availability with installation and project timelines.
Liaise with Project Managers, Production Engineers, Service Managers, Engineers, customers, suppliers, and Service Co-ordinator to ensure project and service commitments and company objectives are achieved.
Provide advice and recommendations to management on contractual, operational, and project-related matters, backorder risk, stock shortages and implement approved actions and improvements.
Monitor contractor and supplier performance, oversee service delivery activities, and report on contract variations, schedule changes, and freight work order amendments.
Prepare and review service reviews, proposals, and other business documentation to support planning and decision-making (e.g. quarterly inventory reconciliation reports) reporting outcomes to management.
Collect, analyse, and generate reports on contract, project, and operational performance data, including service delivery outcomes, maintenance activities, customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance contract administration processes, service delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
Coordinate resources, facilities, equipment, and support requirements necessary for the effective delivery of projects and services (e.g. tools and supplies requirements etc.
Essential Experience and Qualifications : Minimum 1 years' experience in contract administration, project coordination, project administration, or a related role.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing contracts, contract variations, project documentation, and stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability to liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Experience preparing and reviewing reports, submissions, budgets, and project documentation.
Robust background in resolving contractual, operational, or service-related issues.
Ability to collect, analyse, and report on project performance data and outcomes.
WA Drivers License A salary of $80,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
