Aussie Fluid Power is looking for a Sales Distribution Coordinator to join our North Coogee team.
This is more than a traditional sales support role.
You'll be at the centre of our Distribution function, coordinating enquiries, quotes, customers and suppliers while taking real ownership of the day-to-day workflow.
Just as importantly, we want someone who will make the role their own.
Someone who can look beyond the task in front of them, identify what needs attention and help us improve the way Distribution operates.
What you'll be doing You'll work across sales and distribution to keep enquiries moving and make sure our customers receive responsive, reliable support.
Day to day, you'll: Coordinate incoming sales and distribution enquiries, making sure priorities are clear and nothing gets lost Prepare and manage customer quotations through our ERP system Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep orders and requirements progressing Follow up outstanding quotes and maintain visibility over upcoming work Support supplier sourcing, pricing and expediting requirements Monitor pricing and margins and escalate where something doesn't look right Maintain accurate customer, supplier and product information Build strong working relationships with key customers and suppliers Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve how the Distribution function operates What we're looking for Organisation is the big one.
You don't need someone standing over you telling you what comes next.




You're comfortable taking responsibility for a busy workflow, working out what matters most and following things through.
You'll ideally bring: Experience in sales coordination, internal sales, distribution, customer service or a similar commercial environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once A proactive approach — you see something that needs doing and take ownership of it Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues at different levels Experience preparing quotes and working within an ERP or business system Good commercial awareness and attention to detail An improvement mindset and willingness to question whether there's a better way of doing something Experience within hydraulics, fluid power, industrial products, engineering, manufacturing or technical distribution would be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in the way you work and the ownership you bring.
