About the role The Sales Manager – Distributors is responsible for driving the commercial performance of major retailer accounts across Australia, delivered through their appointed distributor partner.
While this role doesn't hold the direct retailer trading relationship, it plays a critical part in shaping outcomes — directing and monitoring the distributor's performance, and holding them accountable for in-store execution, account spend management, P L delivery, and achievement of sales targets.




About You 4-6 years of key account management experience, with 3-4 years of experience in Australia.
At least 1 year of experience managing Coles and/or Woolworths accounts (must-have requirement).
Proven track record of monitoring and controlling trade spend and account P L, with robust attention to budget discipline.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate retailer and distributor sales data (e.g. Nielsen/Circana, Coles 360, Woolworths WOW Insights) into actionable execution and spend plans.
