About Our Client My client is an iconic global SaaS organisation.
Job Description Lead and mentor a high-performing (and incredibly friendly!) team of five, driving capability, engagement and operational excellence.
Drive the finalisation of historic reporting, a key priority for Q****** Establish a reliable and sustainable operating rhythm within Accounting Reporting, with a particular focus on timely, accurate monthly reporting Establish robust financial controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks to support growth and compliance.
Champion automation, process improvement and AI-led initiatives across the finance operations function.
Oversee accounting operations including capitalisation, transfer pricing, treasury management and accounts payable governance.
Act as the final approver for key finance operations activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and solid risk management.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, People Culture, Legal and Product teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Lead revenue operations, payroll governance and employee share scheme (ESOP) accounting and compliance requirements.




Contribute to critical business transformation initiatives, including entity structure reviews, operating model improvements and other strategic projects.
The Successful Applicant CA qualified Ideally available to commence by mid October **** Strong technical accounting experience (8+ years) commencing in a Big 4 (mid-tier at a minimum) Global payroll management/oversight experience is highly valued SaaS and/or tech experience (ideal), with global operations Demonstrated management of a high performing team, particularly across Accounting and Payroll Strong curiosity around and application of AI and automation within finance A 'people first' mindset - culture is fiercely protected here What's on Offer An initial 12 month fixed term contract Unrivalled flexibility and culture- no in office mandate (recommendation for 2 days in office ideally) $200,000 - $250,000 + Super Immediate start available Lead a high performing team that you will love, but also learn from!
