Driving conversions via email, content, social & paid ads
Tracking campaign performance & refining strategies
Supporting event promotion, engagement, and growth

Essential Skills & Experience
1+ year in marketing, lead generation or digital growth
Proven
track record of measurable results
Experience with:
Google Ads & Analytics
Meta Business Suite
Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
Canva, website CMS, SEO
Excellent content creation & copywriting skills
Self-starter with strong time management
Passion for education, nature play or community-led initiatives
