Managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish Acting for both purchasers and vendors Managing standard residential and off-the-plan transactions Preparing and reviewing contracts and conveyancing documentation Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and solicitors Managing electronic settlements through PEXA Proactively managing deadlines and progressing matters Providing responsive, professional and personalised client service About you





Proven experience independently managing NSW residential conveyancing matters Experience with off-the-plan transactions Experience acting for both vendors and purchasers Robust knowledge of PEXA Experience with Smokeball Excellent organisation and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail A proactive, professional and client-focused approach About us
