client ownership + growth role ?

Join Lockton’s People Solutions team and take the lead in managing a portfolio of clients—delivering practical WHS solutions, building trusted relationships, and driving real impact across safety and wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

Own key client relationships

Deliver and oversee WHS projects end-to-end

Provide expert advice across risk, compliance & systems

Identify opportunities to grow and expand services

You bring:

7–8+ years WHS experience

Consulting and/or client management background

Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial mindset

Work with a collaborative, high-performing team where your expertise and relationships truly matter.
